South Terminal. The larger and busier of the two, home to easyJet's biggest base plus British Airways, Norwegian and many long-haul carriers. Arrivals is on the ground floor; the drop-off is on the upper forecourt. The South Terminal also houses the main railway station, which is useful context but irrelevant at 4am when you need a car.
North Terminal. easyJet also operates here, alongside Emirates, Virgin Atlantic and others. A separate arrivals hall with its own pickup points. Tell us which terminal when you book; turning up at the wrong one with twenty minutes to spare is a bad start to a holiday.
Inter-terminal. If you are connecting between terminals, the shuttle transit takes a couple of minutes airside. Landside, it is a short hop. Either way, tell us both terminals and we will plan accordingly.
Flight tracking. Gatwick's schedule is dense, and evening delays cascade. Give us your flight number and we monitor it, adjusting your pickup at no extra charge.

Brighton and Hove generate constant demand: hen parties, weekend breaks, and families heading to the airport from the coast. Crawley and Horley are the immediate neighbours. East Grinstead, Forest Row and the Ashdown Forest villages run to Gatwick as their local airport. From Kent, Maidstone approaches via the M20 and M25, a run of about 40 miles.
From London, the standard route is the M23 from the M25, or the A23 through Redhill and Horley. At peak times the M25 junction is the pinch point, and our drivers know the local alternatives.
