Cancellation & Refund Policy — The RB Airport Transfer

At The RB Airport Transfer, we specialize in pre-booked taxi services. Each journey is carefully assigned to a driver in advance, managed by trained controllers and dedicated customer support staff. This ensures a smooth travel experience tailored to your needs, including assistance with luggage, traveling with children, elderly or disabled passengers, and child seat requests.

Short-notice cancellations can create challenges, particularly if drivers are already en route or have incurred costs (fuel, parking). We will always strive to assist you where possible.

  • No refund will be issued if the driver has already been dispatched or is en route to the pick-up location.
  • No refund will be given if the passenger is unreachable at the scheduled pick-up time.
  • No refund will be made if the passenger does not show up for a pre-paid booking.
  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
  • 30% refund for cancellations made between 3 and 6 hours before pick-up.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 6 and 12 hours before pick-up.
  • Full refund for cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit or debit card). A minimum bank processing fee of £5 will apply to all refundable bookings. This fee may vary depending on the total booking amount.

Refunds typically take 3–5 working days from the date they are processed by our team, depending on your bank’s processing times.
