Stansted runs on an unusual clock. Many of its flights leave in the early-morning waves or land late at night, often outside train hours. We run pre-booked transfers to and from Stansted around the clock, with the fare fixed when you book and a driver who works to your flight time rather than a timetable.
Every Stansted flight uses the same terminal, so there is only one place to meet. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a board with your name. We track your flight, so an early or late landing moves the pickup automatically, and airport arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting after landing.
Low-cost airlines such as Ryanair and easyJet schedule some of the earliest departures in the UK from Stansted. The Stansted Express does not run through the night, so if your check-in opens before the first train from Liverpool Street can get you there, the train is not an option.
We set your pickup time from your airline's check-in deadline and the traffic on the M11, whether that means a 3am start or a collection after a midnight landing. In the daytime the Express takes around 45 to 48 minutes to Liverpool Street and suits a solo traveller heading for the City.

Cheap fares often come with strict cabin rules, so many Stansted passengers travel with hold bags. A saloon takes 4 passengers with 2 check-in and 2 hand bags; the estate takes 3 of each.
