Our office is at 450 Bath Road, the stretch of the A4 that runs along Heathrow's northern edge. That makes Heathrow our home airport. We run pre-booked transfers to and from Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5 at a fixed fare, with your flight tracked and your driver waiting inside arrivals.
Heathrow has four working terminals. Terminal 1 closed in 2015. They are spread across a large site, and each has its own approach road, so the terminal on your booking decides where your driver goes.

Airlines do move terminals, so give us your flight number as well. We check it before your driver sets off.
We start tracking your flight as soon as it departs. If it lands early, your driver is there early; if it is delayed, the pickup moves to the new landing time at no charge.
After a long-haul flight, passport control and baggage reclaim can take a while. Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, and waiting beyond that may be charged. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a board, then helps with your bags. The exact meeting point for your terminal is in your booking confirmation.

For departures we set your pickup time around your airline's check-in time and the traffic on your route, not just your take-off time. Early-morning flights from Heathrow are common, and we run pre-booked cars at any hour.
Your driver drops you at your terminal's forecourt. Since 1 January 2026, Heathrow charges every vehicle, including private hire cars, £7 each time it enters a terminal drop-off zone, with a 10-minute limit. That charge and the London ULEZ are already included in your Heathrow fare, so nothing is added on the day.

Heathrow's rail links are good. The Elizabeth line and Heathrow Express run to Paddington, and the Piccadilly line runs into central London. If you are travelling alone with a cabin bag and staying near a station, the train will usually cost less.
A car is the better fit when the onward journey is the hard part: two or more people sharing one fare, hold luggage and children, a hotel away from Paddington, a late-night arrival, or a destination such as Windsor, Oxford or a cruise port that needs a change of train.
Long-haul passengers usually carry more than a saloon holds. Our saloon takes 4 passengers with 2 check-in bags and 2 hand bags. For more cases, choose the estate (3 check-in and 3 hand bags) or the executive people carrier (7 passengers, 3 check-in and 3 hand bags). Groups of 8, 16 or 24 travel in a minibus or coach.
