Gatwick Airport Transfers

Gatwick is where much of London and the South East starts its holidays, and it is the nearest major airport to Brighton and the Sussex coast. We run pre-booked transfers to and from both Gatwick terminals at a fare fixed before you travel, including the early departures and late arrivals that miss the trains.

Gatwick has two terminals, each with its own arrivals hall and drop-off forecourt. The South Terminal is joined to Gatwick Airport railway station. A free shuttle train runs between the two terminals in about two minutes, around the clock.

You do not need to work out which terminal your airline uses. Send us your flight number and we confirm it before your driver sets off. On arrival, your driver waits in the correct arrivals hall with your name on a board; the exact meeting point is in your booking confirmation. Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting after landing.

Central London: via the M23 and M25 or through south London, typically 50 to 90 minutes depending on the time of day and your address.

Brighton and the Sussex coast: including Brighton and Eastbourne, door to door with no change of train.

Croydon, Surrey and Kent: homes, hotels and offices across the counties around the airport.

Many Gatwick holiday flights leave early in the morning or land late at night, outside the most useful train times. Our Gatwick cars are pre-booked and run around the clock. For a departure, we work back from your airline's check-in time and the traffic on your route to set the pickup time. For a late arrival, your driver follows your flight, so a delay simply moves the pickup.

From 6 January 2026, Gatwick charges £10 for up to 10 minutes in the drop-off zones outside both terminals, then £1 for each extra minute. It applies to taxis and private hire cars as well as private drivers. Any airport parking or drop-off charge on your route is shown in your quote and agreed with you before you book, so the fare you accept is the fare you pay.

Two weeks away usually means more cases than people, so choose the vehicle by bags as well as seats:

The 6-seat MPV seats six but takes only 2 check-in bags, so most families with holiday luggage are better in the executive people carrier. Child seats are available on request; add your children's ages to the booking. Larger groups can see the 16-seat minibus and 24-seat coach on the fleet page.

The Gatwick Express runs to London Victoria and Thameslink runs through central London, and both are priced per person. For one traveller with light luggage going near a station, the train is hard to beat. A car is priced per vehicle and goes to your door. It wins for families sharing one fare, for heavy luggage, for coastal towns off the direct lines, and for flights at the edges of the day.
